– B.E. in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in High Rise Buildings with reputed builders in Planning/Estimation of B.O.M./ Manpower etc.
– Must have experience in Redevelopment of MHADA / Private Societies Projects.
– Liaison regarding re- development with MCGM / MHADA.
– Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS project etc.
– Knowledge of project feasibility calculations.
