Job Position: Senior planning
Senior planning refers to the process of making preparations and arrangements for older adults in anticipation of their future needs and circumstances. This can involve creating financial and legal plans, organizing health care and support services, and making arrangements for housing and transportation. The goal of senior planning is to ensure that older adults are able to live with dignity, comfort, and security as they age.
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma (Civil)
Experience: 10+ years
Job Position: Quantity Surveyor
A quantity surveyor is a professional who specializes in cost and contract management for construction projects. They are responsible for estimating and managing construction costs, preparing and negotiating contracts, and monitoring and controlling the construction budget. Quantity surveyors work with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that construction projects are completed within budget and on schedule, and they also handle claims, disputes, and negotiations related to construction costs and contracts.
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma (Civil) through a recognized university in regular mode is must
Experience: 10+ years (should have stability in his career stint)
