Check Surface Preparation
Check Marking & levels to be done with respect to drawing
Check for Form work
Check for finished level
Check for mixing of cement, sand and aggregate & adequate material
Check for Pouring height
Do not allow extra cement mortar on top of PCC for smooth finishing
Check for Agrregate test report. (Fine aggregates/Cement /Water)
Check for Ramming with proper tools
Check for Button marking for PCC thickness
Check for curing atleast 7days
