There are two kind of  opportunities in private sector for Engineers  of all stream. Working as an engineer from Client Side and working with the Contractors. If an engineer don’t have sufficient  field Experience in Execution of works  with Contractors/ Builders they can’t work in Senior Position from Client Side. Funny thing is that an engineer worked with only  Client side  will never get a better opportunity  with Construction Company in  Senior Positions.
