Main Features:
Bill of Quantities:ย Once you have generated building model, with a click of mouse QE-Pro calculates quantities for all items
Estimates:ย QE-Pro prepares the abstract cost estimate of the building by multiplying quantities with corresponding item rates from rate analysis. Resource consumption reports are also produced.
Reports:ย Quantities calculated by QE-Pro are automatically tabulated in LBD format. You can take a printout or open in MS Excelยฎ or MS Wordยฎ or HTML format.
Item Library:ย The built-in library data base contains 1000+ items. You can add & define your own in existing library OR create a new library. Your Excel created items can be simply copied and pasted in this library.
Item Groups:ย Items can also be categorized under different heads and groups. For example, the brick walls of different thickness can be grouped under a group named โBrick Masonryโ OR excavation items, fillings, PCC, plinth masonry and soling can be included under the head โSub-structure Workโ.
Rate Analysis:ย You can specify the unit of measure for every item from your library. This again is one time task as only the rates will change with time & location but the unit remains same. QE-Pro carries ready details for analysis of all standard items built in database.
