Required Qualification– B.Tech (Civil Engineering)
Experience- Min 4-5 Years
Job Description
- Must-Have An Experience Of 2-3 Years (HAM Project Handling)
- Handling Client Billing, Sub-Contractor Billing, Monitoring, 3rd Party Approval, & Other Documents Maintaining (IE & Lender)
- Should have the knowledge to provide proper Documentation to Lenders and Dept. for Financial Closure.
- Preparation And Handling Rate Analysis And Cost Optimization
- Should have the knowledge to complete and submit documents related to Conditions
- Precedent as per (NHAI) HAM contract Agreements.
- Preparation of Daily Progress Report, Weekly Progress Report, Monthly Progress Report, Client Bills for Payment Milestone.
- Bulk Material Reconciliations, Quantity Calculation Of Project
- Keeping a Track of Contract Management and Design Approval from Sites.
- Calculating Optimal Resource & Work Plan.
- Preparation Of PRW/Hiring And Miscellaneous Bills
- Preparing Work Plan, Baseline Plan, Action Plan And Monitoring
- RA Bills, Material Requisition In ERP
- Preparation Of Variation And Other Claims
