Site Engineer Responsibilities:

A site engineer in charge of concrete flooring has various responsibilities.

Some of these include:

1. Preparing the site: Before the concrete pouring begins, the site engineer is responsible for making sure that the area is properly prepared. This involves checking the surface level, ensuring that the ground is compacted, and making sure that there are no obstacles that may interfere with the pouring process.
2. Mixing and pouring the concrete: The site engineer is responsible for ensuring that the concrete is properly mixed and poured into the designated area. This includes checking the concrete mix design, measuring the slump of the concrete, and ensuring that the concrete is properly placed in the forms.
3. Finishing the concrete: Once the concrete has been poured, the site engineer is responsible for ensuring that it is properly finished. This includes using tools such as trowels to smooth the surface, and using a bull float to level the concrete and remove any excess water.
