Quantity Surveyor
A Quantity Surveyor is a professional who specializes in managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects. They are responsible for accurately estimating the costs of materials, labor, and equipment required for a project, as well as preparing and managing budgets, analyzing costs, and negotiating contracts.
Duties of a Quantity Surveyor:
Preparing tender and contract documents
Evaluating and selecting contractors
Preparing and managing payments to contractors
Monitoring project progress and costs
Providing advice on legal and contractual matters
Assessing and managing risks
Resolving disputes that may arise during construction.
Education Qualification: B.tech in civil
Total experience: 2 to 3 years
Experience: Billing/MS word/MS Excel/MS PowerPoint.
