Our company was incorporated as a public limited company in December 1995, supported by three decades of excellence and family business success. The journey began in 1997 with the execution of the first road project for the PWD (Public Works Department) of Rajasthan at a bid project cost of 26.50 million. Since then, we have continued to scale up the value chain and gradually increased our execution capabilities in terms of project size and complexity and across a variety of industries. The Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) project that was recently awarded has a bid project cost of 27,470.00 million.
Our individual Promoters have worked in the construction industry for more than 30 years. Our Promoters had a connection to M/s. prior to our company’s incorporation. The partnership firm Gumani Ram Agarwal, which was involved in the construction industry, was acquired by the Company in 1996.

Role & Responsibility:
- Client Billing & Sub-Contractor Billing,
- Material Reconciliation,
- Quantity Estimation,
- Preparation of Change of Scope (COS)
- Knowledge of Budgeting
- Preparation of Variation Orders of Road & Highway Projects.
- Preparation of BOQ,
Software Knowledge:
- SAP
- Road Estimator
