Job Objective
Filling, Backfilling, Grading, Pitching, Piling, Foundation, Beam & Structure, Column, Truss, Buildings, Support Structure (Temporary & Permanent), Road, Racks, Piping and Equipment footing & Structure, Platforms, Drains, Trench, Culverts, Concrete Tanks, Strom Water collection Pits, Process drain Pits, CMB, Horticulture, etc. for Cell & Module Plant with Utilities & Offsites To ensure the highest levels of safety and quality in the Quality Civil Construction work, the individual should have direct experience. In order to complete the installation and commissioning work in a timely manner, he must collaborate with the contractors, consultants, and engineering team and lead the site team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinating project-related activities with Contractors, Engineers, and Consultants to ensure timely completion
- Ensure that the front is handed over to downline activities, such as mechanical work, on time.
- Make sure the installation is carried out correctly and in a safe manner during construction.
- Work together with the appropriate team to ensure a smooth installation and cooperation.
- Collaboration with the contractor to ensure that sufficient materials are on hand at the sites.
- Coordinate with agencies responsible for equipment erection and piping installation to ensure that the correct support fixture is in place
- Implement stringent safety procedures to prevent accidents on the job site
- Follow the schedule and report progress to senior management
- Create cost-effective structural solutions to meet the needs of the organization
- Control and schedule resources for structural design, drafting, and construction on the job sites
- When necessary, outsource design to guarantee that deadlines are met and that we obtain the most cost-effective, compliant design within the budgeted design cost.
- Create ideas for all structural engineering systems that can accommodate our requirements.
