Job Position OPEN POSITIONS

ARCHITECT/SR. ARCHITECT

BIM ENGINEER/SR. BIM ENGINEER – STRUCTURE

BIM ENGINEER / SR. BIM ENGINEER – MEP

Experience: 4-5 years minimum

Overview:

Architect and/or MEPF/Structure Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction or related fields with a focus on project coordination and management with focus on managing change orders in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience: Relevant experience in construction, with a focus on project coordination or management. Preference to experience in com- mercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel

(including macros) and PowerPoint.

Experience and proficiency in Revit, particularly in 3D

modelling and changes review.

Familiarity and competence in using Blue Beam for document management and collaboration.

Experience using Procore is advantageous but not mandatory. Reading Drawings and Coordination:

Ability to interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings accurately.

Past experience in coordinating with various disciplines and identifying changes or discrepancies in drawings.

BOQ (Bill of Quantities):

Experience working with BOQ, including reading, understanding specifications, and quantification of materials and resources required for construction projects.

Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.

Industry Experience/Qualifications:

Degree in architecture, civil/structural engineering,

mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or plumbing engineering.

Previous experience working with developers, builders, or contractors is advantageous.

Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or training in construction management software would be a plus.
