Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets

Managing and allocating resources effectively

Coordinating with other departments and stakeholders

Supervising and mentoring team members

Managing project risks and issues

Ensuring compliance with safety and building codes

Managing project documentation and communication

Managing project scope, change orders, and scope creep

Conducting quality control and testing

Providing technical expertise and support for project team members

Providing regular progress reports and updates to upper management

Communicating with clients, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met

Identifying project deficiencies and implementing solutions

Participating in project post-mortems and implementing lessons learned.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project engineering or management

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of project management software and tools.
