- Project duration 45 days from the date of work started.
- We normally send excess material to the site to cover contingencies. Any material left
- over will remain our property and we have the right to take it back.
Payment Schedule:
- 50% in advance along with work order
- 25% at the basement completion level
- 20% against delivery of material
- 5% after completion of work
