An urgent requirement for Billing /Planning/ Estimation Engineer . The candidate should have Diploma with 5 to 8 year experience.

1.Evaluating the researched data and compiling it together for determining its influence on various sectors of investments.
2.Analyzing the data for determining its effect on various factors like site location, machinery requirements, specialized materials, on field labors, etc.
3.Preparing the details of various projects, analyzing the projects separately, compiling the analysis for evaluation, and developing the separate estimation report for major multi billion dollar projects like oil and gas project
4.Developing the MTOs, bulk quantity equipment handling, and verifying the same against project drawings, P&IDs, etc.
5.Developing detailed cost estimates, providing multi discipline project concepts with distinctive cost estimating procedure, beneficial for capital raising projects for the company.
6.Reviewing and recording the existing revenue estimates of the company, tallying the records with previous estimates with current results, considering the difference in current estimation analysis for accurate results, etc.
7.Maintaining the current and previous estimation records, and referring to it occasionally for ensuring the range of accuracy, compliance, and completeness in the evaluated results.
8.Collaborating with various organizations for determining the exact scope of work required in estimating report, reviewing and discussing the same with organizational heads for specific approach towards cost containment.
9.Keeping track of the latest developments in estimating procedures, reviewing the same by maintaining relationship with contractors, reading about current advancements techniques in business magazines and other media, visiting the site location, and meeting other professionals involved in the estimating processes.
10.Prepare Preliminary Estimates at proposal stages.
11.Prepare Detailed Bill of Quantities/Pre-tender estimates.
12.Compile Tender Documents based on requirements of project.
13.Pre-qualification of Vendors.
14.Prepare detailed Comparative Statements.
15.Inspection and Verification of Works Measurements.
16.Processing the invoice as per terms and contracts.
17.Rate Analysis, Bill Estimation, Costing.
18.Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ).
19.Checking measurements
20.Quantity estimation.
21.Bill certification
22.Preparing reconciliation statements .
