Senior Manager – Planning (Civil + MEP) – ‘102’
Job Description
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and progress measurement system implementation.
- Evaluate progress/performance, plan turn-around, and oversee tender preparation.
- Manage baseline, resource analysis, and cash flow integration using earned value methods.
- Establish project control procedures, WBS, and reporting frequency. Communicate project status, recommend corrective actions, and ensure timely documentation control and updates.
- Lead value engineering initiatives to optimize construction processes and resources, maximizing value while minimizing costs for sustainable project outcomes.
- Oversee risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential threats to construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with 15 to 20 years of experience in high-rise building projects.
Senior Engineer – Planning (Civil) – ‘103’
Job Description
- Managing and delivering high-rise projects in the last 5-4 years under contractor experience.
- 2-1 Projects full cycle high rise experience.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with objectives and deadlines.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Analyze project progress and identify areas for improvement or risk mitigation.
- Lead planning meetings and guide schedule adherence and optimization.
- Implement and maintain project control procedures to ensure efficient execution and successful project delivery.
