Nature of Experience: Monitoring of major capex & Maintenance Jobs execution in Civil-Plant, Mines, Colony, TPP & Jetty maintenance work.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 1) Ensure compliance of All safety standards at site

2) Planning, scheduling of Execution & resources for Capex as well as maintenance job in Plant, Mines, TPP & Colony area.

4) Monitoring, controlling & co-ordination with other dept. Contractors & Consultants

5) Monitoring Quality inspection, reports preparation, documentation,

6) Ensure all WCM related work to be carrying out at site.

Job Description:

• Job expertise and experience in heavy industrial civil construction, ideally in a cement factory.
• A wealth of expertise and experience in rcc structural rehabilitation work.
• Knowledge of seaside restoration, such as that done at a jetty.
• Familiarity with underwater formations.
• Experience with non-plant buildings & civil infrastructure.
• Ability to manage all civil department parts autonomously, including plant pre & post area, mines, tpp, jetty area, and colony estate able to manage teams of contract workers and departmental staff.
• Having experience with pricing and estimating for civil works.
• Effective use of the resources at hand to achieve the goals.
• The candidate must have practical auto cad expertise.
• Possessing practical layout and drawing expertise, you may create a boq. Calculation of costs, verification of measures, and bill reconciliation, among other things.
• Working knowledge of the completion of industrial projects such as structures, buildings, roads, etc., as well as the ability to manage contractors.
• Monitoring and planning for a project.
• For the implementation of capex & civil maintenance, adhere to the utcl design safety standard.
• The candidate must be familiar with civil engineering drawings and layout schematic diagrams.
• Must have strong presenting, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Should be proficient in a variety of problem-solving techniques and ensure that the capex works are completed as assigned within the allotted time while keeping the acceptable levels of quality.
• Assure efficient cost management to reduce variable and fixed costs as appropriate and uphold sound money management.
• Plan benchmark advancements for timely completion of maintenance and capital expenditure projects in the civil sector.
• Budgetary management.
