 The initial confusion among a certain percentage of people who decide to buy a house in big cities like Chennai is whether to buy a ‘flat\u2019 in an apartment.  Or to buy a separate house?  That’s it.  Personal will, family pressure and financial status are at an important place in making that decision.  We can come to the right conclusion keeping in mind the following suggestions from the experts,  including our preference, family environment,  budget and other factors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022  A separate house is ideal for being ventilated and free. Apartments are also suitable when we are not in the town where the house and belongings should be safe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Also on a family basis such as marriage, children,  and the elderly. You have to choose the house.    In metropolitan cities like Chennai,  the decision to have a home or ‘flat’  can be taken keeping in mind the traffic congestion, and the distance between the workplace and home in the suburbs or within the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022  In the case of an apartment, if there is a  problem with plumbing, electrical and wastewater,  everyone should work together.   In the case of a separate house, the maintenance will have to be repaired separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022  In the case of a flat,  the residential authorities will take care of electricity, water and other maintenance.  Also,  people will be ready for plumbing, electrical work, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022  In the case of a flat, the entire apartment area can be beautifully maintained by everyone once in a while.   When we have to sell our flat, there is a possibility of getting a good price due to outward appearance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022  Home buyers in apartments should take care of it as much as possible while the construction work is going on.   So that we can make the necessary changes in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
