Responsibilities QA \/ QC – Civil Engineer:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Liaise with the Engineer\/Customer on the quality related activities of the project.<\/p>\n

Ensure the following through the project Materials function:<\/p>\n

Liaise for Approvals for concrete mix design, aggregate base course materials and granular sub base materials.<\/p>\n

Liaise for laboratory equipment\u2019s for verifying properties of materials complying with the requirements of Specifications.<\/p>\n

Interfaces with the Project Managers on day to day quality related activities.<\/p>\n

Ensure implementation of Quality Management System in the project through QC Engineers \/ discipline QC Inspectors.<\/p>\n

Review all QA\/QC Procedures \/ QC Plans and Work Instructions for adequacy against scope of work and revise, where required.<\/p>\n

Ensure relevant Codes & Standards, Specifications are available at site for reference.<\/p>\n

Assist the construction personnel in the technical review and finalization of Method Statements prepared at site.<\/p>\n

Based on the feedback from QC Engineers develop project specific Procedures, Plans and Work Instructions, where required incorporate in the PQP and issue controlled copies of the same.<\/p>\n

Ensure Quality System documents viz: QA\/QC Procedures, QC Plans, Work Instructions etc., are available at pertinent locations of use.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Responsibilities Construction Manager:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsible for execution of large scale Oil & Gas Jack-up rig refurbishment involving Piping, Structural, installation equipment etc.<\/p>\n

Identify, document & quantify likely risks in execution along with mitigation plans.<\/p>\n

Ensure deliverables are met within planned timelines and cost to meet the overall project profitability.<\/p>\n

Prepare & Execute vendors mobilization plans and schedules. The job also involves leading large number of skilled\/unskilled workmen along with a team of engineers & managers.<\/p>\n

Reviewing construction sequence and monitoring activities against project milestones and reporting progress against schedule.<\/p>\n

Review for compliance with drawings, specification, codes, projects standards such as relevant National and International codes (ASME, ANSI, AWS, API, BS, NACE) during the course of Project execution.<\/p>\n

Coordination for compliance of classification agency\u2019s requirements i.e. ABS, IRS and clients inspection agency.<\/p>\n

Sub contract \/ Resources Management, Project control & schedule management.<\/p>\n

Ensure Customer Focus & Satisfaction and world class HSE & Quality standards at all times.<\/p>\n

Thorough understanding of manufacturing process; analyzing and solving problems in the course of execution.<\/p>\n

Implement Innovative methods to achieve enhanced productivity, quality & cost control.<\/p>\n

Preparation and issuance of Weekly and Monthly Reports to Client.<\/p>\n

Establishes performance and delivery criteria, ensuring that client and organizational requirements are being met<\/p>\n
