During concreting care:<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>C. Post -concreting care:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>All the Activities ,however, have been sequenced in a continuous serial nos from 1 to 47.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>The activities sequence:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A.<strong>Pre-concreting care:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Columns:<\/strong><br \/>\n1.Columns up to beam bottom<br \/>\n2.Curing of columns<br \/>\n3.marking of beam bottom on columns<br \/>\n4.fixing of runner blocks on columns<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beam bottoms &amp; sides:<\/strong><br \/>\n5.Fixing of beam bottom<br \/>\n6.Supports below beam bottom<br \/>\n7.Inside face of beam: side fixing<\/p>\n<p><strong>Slab centering:<\/strong><br \/>\n8.Slab centering in plates<br \/>\n9.Gaps fixing with planks &amp; closing of gaps qith iron strips or masking tape.<br \/>\n10.Fixing of Accrow spans<br \/>\n11.Levelling of centering plates<br \/>\n12.Keeping camber in the slab<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reinforcement laying:<\/strong><br \/>\n13.laying of beam reinf.<br \/>\n14.Laying of slab reinf.<br \/>\n15.placing chairs below bent up bars<\/p>\n<p><strong>Electrical conduits\/ fixtures:<\/strong><br \/>\n16.Laying electrical conduits\/ fan hooks\/ down pipes from beams<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunk portion:<\/strong><br \/>\n17.Keeping pipe sleeve in the sunk portion for drainage pipe<\/p>\n<p><strong>Securing:<\/strong><br \/>\n18.Placing cover blocks for beams &amp; slabs<br \/>\n19. Fixing clamps for beams<br \/>\n20.Fixing tie bars in sleeves for deep beams<\/p>\n<p><strong>Joint inspection:<\/strong><br \/>\n21.Steel measurement and checking<br \/>\n( jointly with clients engineer)<br \/>\n22.Laps counting<br \/>\n23.Extra bars counting<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arrangement for casting:<\/strong><br \/>\n24.Installing the concrete pump<br \/>\n25.Fixing the pipes for concrete<br \/>\n26.scheduling the transit mixer ( TM)<br \/>\n27.Final checking by consultant<br \/>\n28.pour card approval<\/p>\n<p><strong>B.
