Hello! My connection was via Brussels Airlines DEL Terminal. The service at Brussels Airlines was impressive. The staff in the check-in area was competent, and the relaxed ambiance within the hustle bustle airport was welcome. The security procedures moved quickly. They assisted in an impromptu seat rearrangement, and this was awesome. I was also impressed at the way they boarded in an orderly manner. The in-flight experience was also as good as it got. Though not a luxury airline, Brussels Airlines provided me with a stable and courteous head start to my journey. Would use them again for Europe travel from terminal.
